Reproductive medicine
Infertility evaluation and IVF in China
Major academic reproductive medicine centres including PKU Third and Renji deliver IVF + ICSI + PGT-A at world-class quality and a fraction of US private pay. Donor-egg programmes are heavily restricted.
Overview
Infertility affects approximately 1 in 7 couples globally. The standard evaluation pathway — ovarian reserve testing, hormone panel, partner semen analysis, tubal patency assessment — is well-defined internationally. Class A reproductive medicine centres in China deliver world-class IVF outcomes at substantially lower cost than US, EU, or Australia. Donor-egg / embryo programmes for international patients are heavily restricted in China; patients requiring donor gametes typically need to consider neighbouring jurisdictions.
