In 2018, co-founder Marcus Chen watched his father wait 14 months for a knee replacement in Canada while the same surgery — at a higher-rated hospital — was available in Shanghai within three weeks for a fraction of the cost. That gap felt unconscionable. We built Panda Touring Care to close it.
Today we work with 11 partner hospitals across Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, covering orthopedics, neurology, oncology support, and cardiovascular regenerative medicine. Every patient gets a dedicated English-speaking coordinator, a fully itemized treatment plan, and a 12-month outcomes follow-up — at no extra charge.
