Preliminary hospital match
A shortlist of public hospitals and departments in China that suit your case, with the reasons each one fits, which city it's in and how it handles international patients.
Draft itinerary
A day-by-day plan around the treatment: arrival, first appointment, treatment and rest days, check-ups, where to stay near the hospital, and sightseeing only where your recovery allows it.
Costs to expect
What you'll need to budget for: treatment, hotel, local transport and visa. Where a hospital can quote in advance, we request an itemised quote for you.

Your coordinator goes through the shortlist and itinerary with you by video, phone, WhatsApp or email, and adjusts them to your questions. Going ahead is entirely up to you.

If you go ahead, we stay with you
PandaTouring Care is a patient-coordination service for international patients travelling to China for treatment. The hospital match and itinerary are the first step. If you decide to travel, we can also take care of:
- Medical-visa invitation letter from the hospital, where required

- What exactly do I get for US$150?
- A review of your case, a preliminary shortlist of suitable hospitals in China with the reasons for each, a draft day-by-day itinerary around your treatment, a list of the costs to expect, and a call or messages with your coordinator to go through it all.
- Is the first chat still free?
- Yes. You can ask us questions in the chat or by email at no cost before paying anything. The service fee is for the personal hospital match and itinerary.
- Do I have to book treatment afterwards?
- No. The plan is yours to keep, and you decide whether and when to go ahead. If you do, we can help with the rest of the trip.
- Does the fee include treatment or hospital costs?
- No. Treatment, tests and hospital fees are paid to the hospital, and flights and hotels are separate. Your plan lists what to expect so you can budget.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. We match you with hospitals and plan the trip based on your records and wishes. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the hospital's doctors after they've seen you.
- What if I don't have any medical records?
- That's fine. Tell us what you need and we'll start from there. Recent reports and scans make the hospital match more precise, so your coordinator will tell you which ones would help.
- How long until I get my plan?
- Within 3 days of receiving your complete records. Your coordinator contacts you within 48 hours of payment and tells you exactly which records to send, so the sooner they arrive, the sooner your plan does.
- What if I'm not happy with the hospital match?
- Then we refund the full US$150. The fee stops being refundable once you've gone ahead with a first consultation at one of the matched hospitals, because at that point the match has done its job.
- How do I pay?
