JCI-accredited partner hospitals

How it works

From first message
to follow-up at home.

Six steps, one English-speaking coordinator throughout, and a written plan and quote before you book anything.

The process

Six steps.

01 · Day 0

Free first conversation

Chat, email or book a video call. Tell us what you need: a checkup, a second opinion, a specific treatment. There's no cost and no obligation.

02 · Days 1–3

Records review & written quote

Send your reports and imaging. A partner physician reviews them, and we send a written plan with an itemised quote. If treatment in China isn't a good fit, we say so.

03 · Days 1–3

Hospital matching

We shortlist Class A or JCI-accredited hospitals suited to your condition, budget and dates, and explain the differences.

04 · Days 7–14

Visa & travel

We provide the hospital invitation letter for a medical visa where needed, and arrange airport transfers and accommodation near the hospital.

05 · In China

Coordinator at your side

An English-speaking coordinator handles registration, appointments and interpreting in consultations, and keeps your family updated.

06 · After you fly home

Follow-up & handover

You leave with an English report. We arrange follow-up video calls and forward results to your doctor at home.

Want to know what this would look like for you?

Tell us what you need and roughly when. A coordinator replies with the next step, free.

FAQ

How it works — answered.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first conversation and the initial review of whether China is a good option for you are free and carry no obligation.
What if the doctors in China recommend something different from my doctor at home?
You get the reasoning in writing and can share it with your own doctor before deciding. We never pressure you into treatment.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. Your coordinator interprets at every appointment, and you receive written summaries in English.

Start with a conversation.
Not a commitment.
